Working out does not have to be inconvenient, it does not have to be hours of deadlifting 400 lbs (unless that’s your jam.) The new common consensus is that you if you can get in even ten minutes a day you’ll be better off than nothing and see results if you are consistent.

This year has been crazy for me, I have had to find ways to stay physically fit and active without scheduling out an hour to two hours every other day. After doing research I found that I can do small workout bursts throughout the day and maintain about the same level of fitness at times I saw large improvements in my strength.

I am not an expert by any means but now you know that you can get into shape with only a few spare minutes. I hope you are able to use this for your benefit.
