I fell down the self care rabbit hole but it finally paid off.

Take only cold showers, don’t eat anything but fruit before 12 p.m. and always meditate at the same time for the same amount of time every day. You also should workout once a day and never drink less than a gallon of water. Or, you can do what you want that makes you feel good and productive.
